Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programme. 8 weeks of discovery and exploration. Connect with what is most essential through the tools of mindfulness: sitting meditation, standing yoga, lying down yoga and walking meditation. Mandatory information evening: Monday 29th April 2024 at 8pm (Lisbon time). The 8 week programme starts on Monday 6th May 2024 and ends 24th June from 8pm to 10 pm (Lisbon time). Day retreat: Saturday, 16th June from 10 am to 4 pm (Lisbon time). Venue: Ismaili Centre - Lisbon
