Online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programme. 8 weeks of discovery and exploration. Connect with what is most essential through the tools of mindfulness: sitting meditation, standing yoga, lying down yoga and walking meditation. Mandatory information evening: Monday 2nd Sept at 8pm (Lisbon time). The 8 week programme starts on Monday the 9th Sept 2024 and ends on the 28th October 2024, from 8 pm to 10 pm (Lisbon time).
