Online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction programme. 8 weeks of discovery and exploration. Connect with what is most essential through the tools of mindfulness: sitting meditation, standing yoga, lying down yoga and walking meditation. Mandatory information evening: Wednesday 2nd April at 8pm (Lisbon time). The 8 week programme starts on Wednesday the 9th April 2025 and ends on the 28th May 2025, from 8 pm to 10 pm (Lisbon time). Half day retreat: Sunday 11th May from 10am to 2 pm. Once registered, a zoom link will be sent to you
